Primo emoticon, primo logo a diffusione globale, primo passo verso lo sfruttamento capitalistico di una valenza emotiva collettiva, sporco di sangue in Watchmen, deformato nell\u2019Uomo Che Ride, il proto-Joker espressionista, oppure solo due punti e una parentesi. Se ci fosse una valuta per la felicit\u00e0 porterebbe uno smile stampato di sicuro. Questa diffusione \u00e8 legata al valore che rappresenta la Happiness<\/strong>, misurabile orizzonte del capitale, registrato ogni anno dal World Happiness Report. Non una classifica di benessere ma un dispositivo di controllo e indirizzo politico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Felicit\u00e0 \u00e8 un antidepressivo a diffusione globale, un anestetico nelle mani dell\u2019Impero, una trappola che produce schiavit\u00f9 e conforma desideri e speranze. Senza Happiness<\/strong> l\u2019intero apparato, dove sopportare l’insopportabile \u00e8 il compito quotidiano di ogni singolo, vacillerebbe. Il capitale premia le menzogne e le diffonde: sono modelli di vita, scatole dell\u2019informazione, forme dello spettacolo. Quando cediamo le nostre emozioni ci rendiamo disponibili a falsificare anche quelle: quando le conformiamo il dispositivo di controllo \u00e8 scattato. Nel dominio del capitalismo delle emozioni la Felicit\u00e0 non \u00e8 un nostro valore e non intendiamo condividere i modelli che ne producono il rating. Non ci appartiene nessuna via di fuga felice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rivendichiamo un lessico delle emozioni che ne includa la sua ampia gamma. Preferiamo la Gioia, una barricata in fiamme contro l\u2019esercito devastante della Felicit\u00e0. Preferiamo la Malinconia della lotta, che in questo momento vediamo difficile. Preferiamo l\u2019Empatia con gli esseri viventi, con le vite schiacciate e il mondo calpestato. Non chiediamo di misurare la nostra felicit\u00e0, o di accedere allo status che ci darebbe accettarla e rifiutiamo il potere di esercitarla. In questa edizione di Crack! festival progettiamo nel nostro cono d\u2019ombra un\u2019evasione, restiamo lontano dal faro di controllo della Happiness, e dalle sue forme della rappresentazione. Noi ci teniamo stretti gli spazi che nel tempo abbiamo liberato da questi modelli e che accolgono la nostra differenza, le nostre comunit\u00e0. Rivendichiamo la deviazione dal tracciato della Happiness<\/strong> anche quando genera infelicit\u00e0 e non cesseremo di reclamare questi luoghi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first emoticon, the first globally recognised logo, the first step towards the capitalist exploitation of a collective emotional value, stained with blood in Watchmen, distorted in the image of The Man Who Laughs, the expressionist proto-Joker, or just two dots and a bracket. If there were a currency for happiness, it would surely bear a smiley face. This spread is linked to the value represented by Happiness<\/strong>, a measurable horizon of capital, recorded annually by the World Happiness Report. Not a wellness ranking but a control apparatus and a political guidance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Happiness<\/strong> is a globally widespread antidepressant, an anaesthetic in the hands of the Empire, a trap that produces slavery and conforms desires and hopes. Without happiness, the entire system, where enduring the unbearable is the daily task of every individual, would falter. Capital rewards lies and spreads them: they become models of life, boxes of information, and forms of spectacle. When we give up our emotions, we make ourselves available to falsify them too; when we conform them, the control machinery gets triggered. In the realm of emotional capitalism, Happiness<\/strong> is not one of our values and we do not intend to share the models that produce its rating. No happy escape route belongs to us. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We demand a vocabulary of emotions that encompasses their full range. We prefer Joy, a burning barricade against the devastating army of Happiness<\/strong>. We prefer the Melancholy of struggle, which we see particularly difficult at this moment. We prefer Empathy with living beings, with crushed lives and a crushed world. We do not ask to measure our happiness, or to access the status that would give us the power to exercise it \u2013 we reject that power. In this edition of Crack! festival, we plan an escape from our shadow cone, staying away from the Happiness<\/strong> control beam and its forms of representation. We hold on tight to the spaces that we have freed from these models over time, which welcome our differences, our communities. We lay claim to this deviation from the Happiness<\/strong> track even when it generates unhappiness, and we will not cease to reclaim these spaces.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
